If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. Please be advised that BTS or Bombay Trading School is a product / service by One Club Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (1% Club).

1. Introduction

• Purpose: These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Bombay Trading School (Referred to as “BTS” ahead) services, including our website, mobile application, courses, events, and other offerings (collectively, "Services").
• Acceptance: By creating an account or accessing our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• Features of the Website: This website may include a variety of features, such as bulletin boards, web logs, chat rooms, and email services, which allow feedback to us and real-time interaction between users, and other features which allow users to communicate with others. Responsibility for what is posted on bulletin boards, web logs, chat rooms, and other public posting areas on the website, or sent via any email services on the website, lies with each user –you alone are responsible for the material you post or send. We do not control the messages, information or files that you or others may provide through the website. It is a condition of your use of the website that you do not:

  BTS may host message boards, chats, and other public forums on its website. Any user failing to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement may be expelled from and refused continued access to, the message boards, chats or other public forums in the future. BTS or its designated agents may remove or alter any user-created content at any time for any reason. Message boards, chats and other public forums are intended to serve as discussion centres for users and subscribers. Information and content posted within these public forums may be provided by BTS staff, BTS’s outside contributors, or by users not connected with BTS, some of whom may employ anonymous user names. BTS expressly disclaims all responsibility and endorsement and makes no representation as to the validity of any opinion, advice, information or statement made or displayed in these forums by third parties, nor are we responsible for any errors or omissions in such postings, or for hyperlinks embedded in any messages. The opinions expressed in these forums are solely the opinions of the participants, and do not reflect the opinions of BTS or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.
  BTS has no obligation whatsoever to monitor any of the content or postings on the message boards, chat rooms or other public forums on the websites. However, you acknowledge and agree that we have the absolute right to monitor the same a tour sole discretion. In addition, we reserve the right to alter, edit, refuse to post or remove any postings or content, in whole or in part, for any reason and to disclose such materials and the circumstances surrounding their transmission to any third party in order to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request and to protect ourselves, our clients, sponsors, users and visitors.
  We occasionally include access to an online community as part of our programs.We want every member to add value to the group. Our goal is to make your community the most valuable community you are a member of. Therefore, we reserve the right to remove anyone at any time. We rarely do this, but we want to let you know how seriously we take our communities.

There is no affiliation, partnership, or formal relationship of any manner between Bombay Trading School and Personal CFO, and Personal CFO neither endorses, represents, nor has any professional or business connection with Bombay Trading School. Neither Bombay Trading School nor Personal CFO is liable for the actions, content, representations, assurances, or statements of the other party.

  ‘Live virtual mock trading activities’, ‘Mock simulated scenarios’, ‘Mock trade simulations’, ‘mock pit trading & mock paper trading’ conducted by the Trading School are entirely simulated experiences that rely on past market data of the Indian securities market and the market data of the USA securities market and are designed for educational purposes only, and do not involve real financial transactions. The outcomes of this environment are not reflective of real-world trading, and the Indian securities markets are influenced by factors that cannot be fully replicated in a virtual trading environment or in a simulation. Users understand that ‘Live virtual mock trading activities’, ‘Mock simulated scenarios’, ‘Mock trade simulations’, ‘mock pit trading & mock paper trading’ are not comparable to trading on the markets and the Trading School does not make any guarantee of trading success and Users cannot extrapolate their performance in these live sessions to the Indian securities market.
  Any predictions made during the ‘Mock prediction activity’ conducted by the Trading School are purely hypothetical and are derived from historical market data, analytical models, or theoretical assumptions. These predictions are intended solely for educational purposes and do not account for real-time market variables, unforeseen economic events, or investor sentiment. The Trading School makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, reliability, or future success of any predictions generated during this activity. Past trends or model-based forecasts do not ensure future performance or investment success.

2. Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
• Account Registration: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

3. User Conduct

•  Prohibited Activities: Users are strictly prohibited from:
  • Sharing offensive, harmful, or defamatory content.
  • Engaging in unauthorised access, scraping, or misuse of the platform.
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.‍
• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of content you submit but grant BTS a license to use, display, and share it as necessary for service delivery.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

• Fees: Fees for BTS Services must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds: We have a strict No-Refund Policy. Refer to ourRefund Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content, materials, and resources provided by BTS are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the sole, exclusive and absolute property of BTS.
• Usage Rights: Content is for personal use only. You may not distribute, copy, plagiarise, sell or commercialise our materials without explicit permission.
• No Transfer /Assignment of Subscription: It is unequivocally made clear that under no circumstance you will be allowed to transfer your accessing right to materials offered by BTS by transfer of your subscription. Any discernible act of transfer will lead to breach of this present Agreement, and thus will entitle BTS to forfeit the subscription amount paid by you. Also, any downloading and further assignment, transfer, licensing, etc. of any material that may or may not comprise of BTS’s confidential information and / or material or BTS’s Service / Product is prohibited and you should refrain from downloading and assigning the proprietary material provided by BTS.
• No License: Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to grant you any right or license under any Intellectual Property Rights of One Club Ventures Pvt. Ltd. “Intellectual Property Rights” shall mean copyright rights (including without limitation, the exclusive right to use, make recordings of, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, enhance, maintain, support, market, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute copies of, publicly and privately display and publicly and privately perform, exploit, exhibit, the copyrighted work and to prepare derivative works), copyright registrations, applications, trademark rights (including without any limitation the trade names, trademark services, service marks and trade dress) trademark and service mark registrations and applications, trade secrets, moral rights, author’s rights, right of publicity, contracts and licensing rights, rights in goodwill and other Intellectual Property Rights, as may exist now and/or hereafter comes into existence, and all renewals and extensions thereof regardless of whether any of such rights arise under the law of any state, country or jurisdiction.
• Confidentiality: During the term of this Agreement, BTS will be disclosing well curated, intensively drawn up courses to you comprising of valuable, confidential and proprietary information required for achieving the object of the courses applied by you. This information will be varying from client to client depending on his/her needs and choice of course. Unless specifically excluded in this Agreement, BTS’s confidential information shall mean any and all such information provided to the subscribed individual or to which the subscribed individual has or is given access including BTS and all the courses, masterclasses, webinars, seminars, etc. in whatever form, verbal, electronic or video graphic, including, but not limited to, Worksheets, Pinups, Slides, Spreadsheets, Example Sales Calls Recordings, Checklists, Private Video presentation Templates/Scripts, Swipe Files of BTS’s personal ad campaigns, Proposal Templates , other materials onPrivate Facebook Group, Mentorship Sessions and any email support whether or not identified as BTS’s confidential information, in whatever media, electronic or otherwise.
• Non-Disclosure:You will not, without prior written consent of BTS, remove from BTS or BTS’s Affiliate’s online premises or disclose BTS’s confidential information to any third party or otherwise jeopardise the confidential nature of BTS’s confidential information and you will not use such BTS’s confidential information other than for the purposes of this Agreement. You agree that all BTS’s confidential information will be held in strictest confidence by you and that such confidential information will not be copied, reproduced, disclosed or altered either in whole or part by any method whatsoever, unless agreed upon in writing by BTS. BTS declares that it will not, during or after the term of this Agreement, permitthe duplication or disclosure of any BTS’s confidential information.

6. Privacy Policy

• Data Collection: We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Data Protection: We implement industry-standard measures to protect our personal information and data.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Disclaimer: BTS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
• No Warranty: The Services are provided "as is" and"as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
• No Advices: There are various tools available on the website. These tools are purely for informational and educational purposes and are not investment advice. Users should verify results and seek professional advice, when necessary, as BTS does not assume responsibility for any decisions made by the user.
• Authenticity of Information: No guarantee, representation of warranty, express or implied, is made as to the accuracy, completeness or correctness of the information on the website or the content. All such information and opinions are subject to change without notice. Descriptions of any company or companies or their securities mentioned herein are not intended to be complete or comprehensive information. 9. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai only.

10. Changes to Terms

• Modification Rights: We may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified via email or platform notifications.
• User Agreement: Continued use of our Services after changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
