Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is applicable for the Bombay Trading School (BTS) Service offered by One Club Ventures Pvt. Ltd. By enrolling in the Service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.

The Bombay Trading School (BTS) is a non-refundable Service. All fees and charges paid by the candidates for the Service are strictly non-refundable.

Fees once paid is non-refundable, non-adjustable, non-transferable and non-assignable. Thus, it is expected that only the most serious and committed candidates join / enrol for the Service.

BTS does not make any representations or warranties as to the candidate’s ability to successfully complete the Service. Further, BTS makes no warranties, express or implied, as to any matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, warranties with respect to the particular results or outcomes of the Service.

BTS makes no other representations or warranties relating to the Service, express or implied. BTS disclaims and excludes any and all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to any express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or use. No person associated with BTS is authorized to make any other warranty or representation concerning the Service.

Once a candidate enrolls in the Service, the fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of whether the candidate completes the Service or withdraws from it for any reason whatsoever. There will be no refunds for partial completion of the Service.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, personal issues, or any other reasons that may hinder a candidate's ability to continue with the Service, no refunds will be issued nor adjustments will be made. It is the responsibility of the candidate to assess their ability to commit to the Service before enrollment.

One Club Ventures Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to the Service,including but not limited to curriculum, faculty, schedule, and format. In the event of such changes, no refunds will be provided.

When you enrol for BTS Service, it is mutually understood that you signed up at your own will with full understanding that the implementation of the materials to get results will be your sole responsibility.

It is also to be noted that your subscription / enrollment may be cancelled with no refunds in case of the following events:

1. Fraudulent activities including but not limited to: copying our content, plagiarism, counterfeiting, sharing login details with other parties except yourself and reselling the course(s).
2. Verbal disrespect towards BTS team members or community members.
3. Any activities deemed as inappropriate, unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent,invasive of another’s privacy, infringing any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights, discriminatory, sexually oriented or tortious by BTS team (for ex. unsolicited unprofessional messages).
4. Use of the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or to disrupt, damage, disable, alter, tamper, delete or interfere with the Service.
